Aviata Health Group is seeking an Infection Preventionist (RN or LPN) to lead and grow our infection prevention program. The role emphasizes patient- and family-centered care, teamwork, and building a culture that supports safe, high-quality care.

We are looking for a healthcare professional with business acumen and a passion for preventing infections, who can work with center leadership and the medical director to achieve annual goals and improve systems.

Qualifikationen

• Nursing licensure (RN or LPN) and infection control certification are required.
• Healthcare setting experience with infection prevention is preferred.
• Commitment to patient- and family-centered care and teamwork is essential.

Aufgaben

• Plan, organize, direct the infection prevention program in accordance with federal, state, and local standards.
• Help prevent and control the development and transmission of infections.
• Collaborate with leadership and medical director to set annual infection control goals.
• Assess employees with lesions or communicable diseases for work suitability and restrictions.
• Record, track, and report infection surveillance data to the QAPI committee.
• Develop and implement improvements to infection prevention processes.
