Apploi invites a compassionate nurse to join our skilled nursing facility team in Scranton. The role centers on infection prevention and delivering high-quality resident care in a supportive, family-like atmosphere.

You will oversee the infection prevention program, assess resident needs, develop care plans, supervise nursing assistants, and ensure compliance with health regulations. Full-time shifts 7:00a - 3:30p with benefits including tuition support and PTO.

Formación

• Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a RN or LPN within the state in which you work.
• Maintain an active CPR or BLS Certification.
• Be qualified by education, training, experience certification, or a combination of these to meet the position requirements.
• Must have completed (or complete within first week of hire) specialized training in infection prevention and control, including state-specific training required.
• Must have basic computer skills and ability to navigate/learn to navigate various software programs, including Learning Management software and the electronic health record.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the infection prevention and control program according to federal/state/local regulations.
• Assess residents’ needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer nursing care and supervise nursing staff and assistants.
• Ensure adherence to health, sanitary and infection control policies.
