Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the goals and objectives of the organization in efforts to provide safe, quality patient care and infection prevention.
• Coordinate inpatient infection prevention and control activities in collaboration with medical staff.
• Identify and implement changes to improve infection prevention practices and provide education to assure effectiveness of the Infection Control Program.
• Participate in surveillance and surveys related to Joint Commission and DOH requirements.
