Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing or healthcare-related degree (public health ok).
• 2+ years infection prevention experience in acute care or long-term facility.
• Strong knowledge of HAI surveillance and regulatory standards.
• Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to improve quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform surveillance of HAI rates and infection trends.
• Analyze data and provide reporting to support quality improvements.
• Monitor compliance with Joint Commission standards and CMS/regs.
• Partner with clinical teams to assess risks and implement actions.
• Participate in audits of sterile and aseptic practices and sterilization.
