Qualifications

• RN education with board approval or health-related bachelor's.
• CIC certification preferred for advanced infection control.
• Experience in healthcare settings is expected.

Responsabilités

• Apply epidemiologic principles to identify risks and design prevention strategies.
• Conduct surveillance and environmental rounds to control infections.
• Investigate unusual infections with microbiology and public health partners.
• Educate staff on policies and participate in infection control meetings.
• Support development of annual infection control plans.
