Arc at Bradley in Bradley, IL is seeking an Infection Preventionist/Wound Nurse to oversee skin care and infection control for residents under medical direction. The role emphasizes prevention, rounds, data collection, and reporting to the DON and Medical Director.

The incumbent will train staff, investigate outbreaks, maintain records, and ensure availability of supplies needed for infection prevention and wound care while supporting resident well-being.

Formación

• LPN/RN licensure required with current, unencumbered state license.
• Wound Certification from an accredited program preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• Minimum two years of LPN/RN experience in a healthcare setting.

Responsabilidades

• Confer with Nursing leadership regarding residents' dermatologic conditions and care.
• Examine residents and records to identify when physician referrals are needed.
• Provide assessment and diagnostic services using observation, inspection, and palpation.
• Initiate referrals and respond to requests from residents, physicians, or staff.
• Identify, manage, and treat skin disorders and related lesions; support wound care.
