Job summary

Linden Court in Seward, Nebraska, is seeking a full-time Staff Development / Infection Prevention Nurse. You will educate and coach staff, orient new hires, and lead competency training to maintain a safe, high‑quality care environment for residents.

As Infection Control Nurse, you will monitor for potential outbreaks, provide education, coordinate outbreak response, and partner with department leaders to ensure access to knowledge and resources.

Qualifications

• Current RN license and CPR certification required.
• Experience in training, staff development or infection prevention preferred.
• Strong communication, integrity, caring attitude, and professional presence.

Responsibilities

• Orient and train new employees; provide ongoing education and coaching.
