Cape Cod Post Acute is seeking a Staff Development Coordinator Infection Preventionist to lead educational initiatives, support clinical staff development, and promote regulatory compliance through ongoing training and competency programs. Qualifications

• Must possess a current, active RN license in Massachusetts.
• Experience leading education and staff development in healthcare.
• Strong communication, organization, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations and staff competency requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and provide education and training programs for staff.
• Maintain education records, competency validations, and documentation.
• Lead orientation and ongoing in-service education to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support admissions and nursing department workflow.
• Collaborate with nursing leadership to identify educational needs.
• Monitor mandatory training compliance and clinical competencies.
• Support quality improvement initiatives through education and coaching.
