Job summary

Stryker seeks a Sage Sales Representative in Chicago to promote Sage products and drive sales with healthcare facilities. You will build relationships, negotiate pricing, and manage orders while staying informed on industry trends to position Stryker’s offerings in the market.

You will collaborate with marketing and support teams to exceed targets, develop clinical knowledge, and deliver strong customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 5+ years of professional experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Continue experience in sales or clinical setting.
• Achieve quota by building and maintaining relationships with key influencers in accounts, distributor contacts and end-users for defense of base of business.
• Become the Sage expert with clinical specialists, nurses, educators and administrators, and understand competitors’ offerings.
• Focus on customer satisfaction through teamwork, consultative problem solving, honesty and high responsiveness.
• Drive protocol and process improvements by partnering with customers to enhance outcomes.
• Establish yourself as a consultant with clinical knowledge and healthcare insights.
• Have knowledge of marketing, market research, new product development, and P&L management.
