Experience leading a QAPI program and infection prevention activities.
Ability to educate staff and coordinate interdepartmental initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead the facility’s QAPI program with data-driven improvement plans.
Monitor quality indicators and track performance against targets.
Conduct audits, prepare reports, and communicate findings to leadership.
Develop and monitor infection prevention policies and PPE procedures.
Coordinate infection-related outbreak responses and staff training.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and surveys.
Collaborate with Nursing Leadership and department heads to foster continuous improvement.
