Qualifications

• RN or LVN licensed with 3+ years in long-term care.
• Specialized QAPI training or certification is a plus.
• Experience with QA programs and regulatory compliance.

Responsabilités

• Plan, organize, and direct QA programs to enhance resident care.
• Attend facility meetings supporting the QAPI program.
• Monitor trends and prepare quality reports for QAPI committee.
• Collaborate with IDT to educate staff based on findings.
• Investigate adverse events and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee infection control activities and surveillance.
