Job summary

Adventist Health Portland in Portland, OR seeks an experienced Infection Prevention Manager to lead daily operations of the infection prevention program across assigned sites. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Nursing or Public Health or Health Science related field required.
Three years' healthcare experience required.
Two years' experience in infection prevention required.
One year leadership experience required.
Certification in Infection Prevention and Control (CIC) required.

Responsibilities

Manages daily operations of the infection prevention program across assigned sites.
Mentors and supervises Infection Preventionists.
Leads risk assessment and develops IPC plans and goals.
Delivers IPC reports to local executive leadership and coordinates outbreak investigations.
Ensures compliance with IPC standards and participates in ongoing training.
