• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or healthcare related field required.
• Current applicable state license as a Registered Nurse required.
• Certification in Infection Control and Prevention (CIC) preferred, and required within 3 years of employment.

Responsabilités

• Abstract data from patient charts for surveillance and statistics; develop data collection tools.
• Report epidemiological findings to department leadership and Medical Director.
• Maintain records of infections; analyze and disseminate surveillance data.
