Adept Nursing & Rehab of Ashland is seeking an Infection Prevention Nurse Manager to support the Director of Nursing in leading the clinical team and ensuring regulatory compliance for excellent resident care.

Ideal candidate has RN or LPN license in NE, with at least 1 year in long-term care and leadership experience. The role emphasizes infection control initiatives, staff education, and collaboration with physicians and families.

Competenze

• Valid RN or LPN license in NE.
• 1 year of nursing experience in long-term care or a skilled nursing setting.
• At least 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of SNF regulations, CMS guidelines, and best clinical practices.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

We are currently seeking a proactive and experienced Nurse Manager to help lead our clinical team. This role is critical in supporting the Director of Nursing with managing day-to-day nursing operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and upholding our commitment to excellent resident care.

Qualifications
