Job summary

Qualifications

• RN licensed with clinical leadership in infection control.
• Experience designing and evaluating infection prevention programs in hospitals.
• Knowledge of CDC, APIC, Joint Commission standards and regulatory practices.
• Ability to analyze clinical data, prepare reports, and communicate findings to leaders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the hospital infection prevention program including surveillance, monitoring, and reporting of infections.
• Lead development and implementation of infection prevention policies and staff education.
• Collaborate with nursing, medical staff, and leadership to ensure regulatory compliance and a culture of safety.
• Drive performance improvement initiatives to reduce infection risk and improve patient outcomes.
