Job summary

KPC Promise Hospital of PHOENIX is seeking an Infection Control Coordinator/Employee Health Nurse to direct the infection control program and oversee employee health activities.

The role requires an active RN license, clinical nursing expertise, and experience in infection control. You will coordinate data analysis, policy development, and education on infection prevention and risk management.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 3 years as an RN with at least 1 year in infection control.
• Continued education in Infection Control/Epidemiology preferred.
• Basic computer skills; able to read, write English.

Responsibilities

• Direct the facility infection control program and outbreak prevention.
• Collect and analyze infection data; plan and evaluate prevention measures.
• Develop and revise infection control policies and procedures.
• Investigate suspected outbreaks and provide infection risk consultations.
• Oversee Employee Health Program, coordinate injections and health records.
