Job summary

AdventHealth Tampa is seeking an Infection Prevention professional to lead the Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) program, drive data-driven surveillance, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. You will partner with clinical teams and external partners to improve outcomes and support antimicrobial stewardship initiatives.

Qualifications

Analytical and data-driven mindset required.
Experience in infection control or public health preferred.
Ability to work across teams and with external partners.

Responsibilities

Leads IPC program implementation and improvement.
Monitors IPC compliance and uses epidemiologic tools to detect trends.
Develops IPC education programs tailored to audiences.
Performs risk assessments and drives quality improvement actions.
Collaborates on antimicrobial stewardship initiatives.
