AdventHealth is seeking an experienced Infection Prevention leader to advance surveillance, risk assessment, and IPC program development in a full-time daytime role at our Daytona Beach campus. You will supervise Infection Preventionists, mentor teams, and drive improvements using data-driven methodologies.

The role emphasizes collaboration across care teams, development of education programs, and alignment with regulatory standards to reduce infection risk.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• CIC certification desirable or required if specified.

Responsabilidades

• Conducts advanced surveillance, epidemiologic analysis, and risk assessments to detect infection trends and outbreaks.
• Utilizes data analytics, statistics, and visualization tools to communicate findings.
• Contributes to IPC-related business cases and product evaluations.
• Leads research, quality improvement and scholarly dissemination activities.
