RegalCare at Greenfield is seeking a Staff Development Infection Control Nurse to lead infection control and falls prevention initiatives across the facility. You will develop, implement, and monitor programs to ensure patient and staff safety, working closely with leadership to meet regulatory requirements.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Massachusetts RN licensure, and a strong grasp of regulatory standards.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
• Current licensure as a Nurse in the state of Massachusetts.
• Minimum 0 years of experience in infection control and falls prevention.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

• Develop and implement infection control and falls prevention programs to ensure regulatory compliance and best practices.
• Conduct routine rounds to identify areas for improvement and mitigate risk.
