Job summary

PACS Group is seeking an Infection Preventionist for a part-time role at Cascade Terrace Post Acute in the United States. You will plan, implement, evaluate, and coordinate our infection control program in line with CDC/OSHA guidelines and state regulations.

Responsibilities include monitoring practices, reporting to the Administrator, participating in the Infection Control Committee, and assisting in employee health programs. A nursing degree and IP certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Plan, develop, organize, and direct infection control in a long-term care facility.
• Ensure compliance with CDC/OSHA/local regulations and standard precautions.
• Prepare and present infection control reports to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate the infection control program.
• Monitor infection control practices and report findings to the Administrator.
• Participate in Infection Control Committee meetings and improvement initiatives.
• Assist in employee health surveillance and TB management as needed.
