Role Overview

We are seeking an Infrastructure Operations Support specialist to keep our end-user computing

environment running smoothly. This person is the hands‑on owner of the devices, applications,

and access that our employees depend on every day — from building and enrolling a new

laptop, to resolving a Teams or printer issue, to making sure a new hire is fully productive on

day one.

This is a highly visible role. You will work directly with employees across the business, so strong

troubleshooting instincts matter as much as a calm, service-oriented approach. Because the

work involves physical hardware, workstation builds, and on-site user support, this position is

primarily on-site with limited hybrid flexibility.
