United Way Miami seeks an Infant Toddler Teacher to provide a safe, nurturing classroom that supports social, emotional, physical, and cognitive growth. You will design curriculum with EHS-CCP guidance and Head Start standards, collaborating with site leadership to ensure high-quality early education.

Your role includes documenting child progress, planning responsive activities, and engaging families through regular communication and home visits.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma and DCF 45-hour training within the first year.
• CDA for Infant/Toddler required; must obtain CDA within 90 days of employment.
• Bilingual candidates are preferred to enhance family engagement.
• Knowledge of Word and Outlook and basic browser use required.

Responsabilités

• Create and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum with guidance from site leadership.
• Observe and document child progress and adapt activities accordingly.
• Foster inclusive, culturally responsive classroom environments.
• Engage families through conferences and home visits as needed.
