United Way Miami is seeking an Infant Toddler Teacher to provide a safe, nurturing learning environment. You will design and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum aligned with Head Start standards, EHS-CCP and the center's guidelines, while partnering with families.

You’ll work with a team to observe, document, and plan for individual and group needs, ensuring cultural sensitivity and engaging daily activities that promote growth across social, emotional, and physical domains.

Formación

• High School Diploma and 45 DCF hours required or in progress.
• CDA with focus on Infant/Toddler preferred or to complete in first year.
• Experience in early childhood education is encouraged.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum with the team.
• Lead classroom interactions to support language, social and cognitive growth.
• Monitor health, safety and documentation for each child.
• Collaborate with families and center staff to support learning goals.
