You will collaborate with program leadership to implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum aligned with Head Start standards and grant guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• CDA certification must be obtained within the first 90 days of employment.
• DCF 45-hour training requirement must be completed within the first year of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, nurturing environment for infants and toddlers.
• Collaborate with Director EHS-CCP Site to design and implement curriculum.
• Observe, document, and plan for each child’s development.
• Engage families and maintain confidentiality.
