Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Infant/Toddler CDA certificate within 6 months from hire date.
• Oregon Registry steps as applicable to CDA/credentials.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety, health, and development of infants and toddlers.
• Plan culturally responsive curriculum aligned with standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe classroom and supervise children at all times.
• Document developmental screenings, observations, and plans.
• Engage with families through home visits and conferences.
• Provide guidance to staff and volunteers; participate in trainings.
