Job summary

• High School Diploma or GED required; infant/toddler credentials encouraged.
• DCF 45-hour training and TB/health screenings required within specified timelines.
• CPR and First Aid training must be current.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities for each child.
• Follow approved curricula and daily schedules with fidelity.
• Promote health, safety and hygiene practices in the classroom.
• Maintain positive, nurturing relationships with children and families.
• Document and communicate child progress with families regularly.
