ECS4Kids seeks a Primary Caregiver to provide a warm, nurturing environment where each child can develop language, cognitive, social, emotional and physical skills. You will plan developmentally appropriate activities, use Teaching Strategies Cloud for weekly lesson plans, and follow approved curricula.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED with a CDA or FCCPC credential.
• Associate degree in child development or early childhood education with 6 credit hours specific to infant and toddler development or an IT CDA credential or FCCPC.
• A baccalaureate degree in child development or early childhood education with 6 credit hours specific to infant and toddler development or an IT CDA credential or FCCPC.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curricula for each child.
• Use Teaching Strategies Cloud to plan weekly digital lesson plans.
• Follow approved daily schedules and curricula fidelity.
• Plan a balanced daily routine with play, exploration and learning.
• Provide a warm, nurturing environment and uphold ECS policies.
• Develop nurturing relationships to support social and emotional development.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, local and accreditation standards.
• Participate in research initiatives related to early childhood education.
