Celebree School™ in Leander, TX seeks an Infant/Toddler Teacher to shape early development and foster a nurturing, age-appropriate learning environment. You will support infants and toddlers, aligning with Celebree's vision, mission, and values in every activity.

You will lead classroom tasks, collaborate with families, and guide aides on their journey into early childhood education, all while maintaining compliant, engaging, and inclusive lessons for young learners.

Qualifications

• Must meet the requirements to be a lead teacher as approved by the governing State agency.
• Knowledge of behavioral and developmental stages of children.
• Knowledge of childcare licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Navigate daily activities with infants, offering gentle guidance and support as they take first steps.
• Manage the Infant classroom ensuring compliance with Office of Child Care regulations, company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Provide a welcoming and friendly classroom environment for all children, parents, and visitors.
• Create and implement thorough, timely lesson plans that are age-appropriate and stimulating in accordance with Celebree's infant curriculum.
• Ensure the classroom is a safe, clean, and inviting space where curiosity can flourish.
• Accurately complete all paperwork, electronic reports, supervision records, and attendance tracking
