Ideal candidates will understand early childhood development, maintain a safe classroom, and handle documentation and compliance with state regulations.

Qualifications

• Must meet lead teacher requirements as approved by the governing State agency.
• Knowledge of behavioral and developmental stages of children and childcare licensing requirements.
• Strong organizational, verbal and written communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Navigate the day’s activities alongside infants, offering gentle guidance and support.
• Manage the Infant classroom ensuring compliance with Office of Child Care regulations and company standards.
• Provide a welcoming and friendly classroom environment for children, parents, and visitors.
• Create and implement age-appropriate, engaging lesson plans aligned with Celebree’s infant curriculum.
• Ensure the classroom is safe, clean, and inviting to foster curiosity.
• Accurately complete all paperwork, electronic reports, supervision records, and attendance tracking.
