Cadence Education is seeking an Infant/Toddler Teacher in Connecticut to support daily classroom operations under the School Director and Lead Teacher. You will help implement Cadence programs, ensure safety and licensing compliance, and foster a nurturing environment for children including those with IEPs.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow safety procedures including allergy and Safe Sleep practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a classroom team.
• Ability to read, write, and speak effectively in English.

Responsabilités

• Support a positive, inclusive classroom environment with dignity and care.
• Greet children and families daily and build welcoming relationships.
• Assist in following IEPs and behavioral support plans as directed.
• Support planning and implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum.
• Communicate professionally with families, coworkers, and leadership.
• Follow Cadence Safety and Supervision Manual and report incidents as required.
• Assist in managing and escalating child behaviors per policies.
• Adhere to Employee Handbook policies and procedures.
• Participate in meetings, trainings, and professional development.
