Blue River Early Learning Academy (BRELA) is seeking an engaging, nurturing teacher to grow professionally and contribute to an environment that emphasizes play-based learning. The role entails a 36-hour work week, Monday-Friday, with a schedule from approximately 7:45 am to 3:45 pm, and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Possess or be willing to obtain a Child Development Associate credential or higher education degree in Early Childhood Education.
• At least one year of successful employment in early childhood education is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and carry out integrated curriculum plans reflecting best practices and cultural influences to support school readiness.
• Manage daily classroom functions and facilitate team development.
• Collect, aggregate, and analyze child assessment data.
• Create an atmosphere that promotes parent engagement and community partnerships.
• Model sensitivity and build and foster relationships.
• Communicate effectively and professionally.
• Ensure a safe, clean, healthy and productive work environment.
