Blue River Early Learning Academy (BRELA) is seeking an engaging, nurturing teacher to grow professionally and contribute to an environment that emphasizes play-based learning. The role entails a 36-hour work week, Monday-Friday, with a schedule from approximately 7:45 am to 3:45 pm, and full benefits.

• Possess or be willing to obtain a Child Development Associate credential or higher education degree in Early Childhood Education.
• At least one year of successful employment in early childhood education is preferred.

• 2. Manage daily classroom functions and facilitate team development.
• 3. Collect, aggregate, and analyze child assessment data.
• 4. Create an atmosphere that promotes and provides opportunities for parent engagement and community partnerships.
• 5. Model sensitivity, build and foster relationships.
• 6. Communicate effectively and professionally.
• 7. Ensure the operation and maintenance of a safe, clean, healthy and productive work environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Posses or be willing to obtain a Child Development Associate credential or higher education degree in Early Childhood Education
• At least one year of successful employment in the field of early childhood education is preferred.
