Job summary

The PT will provide integrated support and coaching within a transdisciplinary team for families. Qualifications

• Minimum of Kansas licensure or certification in Physical Therapy.
• Clean background check.
• Maintain 1st Aid, CPR, HIPAA, BBP, Abuse/Neglect/Ethics, and OSHA certifications.
• Valid Kansas Driver's License with a good driving record.
• Family Service Coordinator certificate (obtained after hire).

Responsibilities

• Serve on a transdisciplinary team for families enrolled in the Infant Toddler Program.
• Provide comprehensive and integrated support as outlined in the Part C Program Manual for Infants and Toddlers in Kansas.
• Provide coaching and training to other team members and families.
