Job summary

Edwards Early Learning Center in Edwards, Colorado, seeks an Infant and Toddler Supervisor to oversee care, education, and development for young children in a licensed program. The role ensures compliance with Colorado licensing rules and Early Head Start standards while guiding a team of caregivers to foster a safe, nurturing environment.

The position is year-round, full-time, five days a week, reporting to the Director of the Early Childhood Department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; associate considered.
• Infant/toddler coursework, licensing knowledge required.
• Experience in licensed childcare settings and supervision.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and supervise age-appropriate activities for infants and toddlers.
• Monitor health, safety, and well-being per licensing rules and Early Head Start Standards.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate caregivers and educators; conduct staff meetings.
• Communicate program goals and children's progress to families.
• Ensure compliance with licensing rules and complete required reports.
