You will develop and direct infant and toddler programs at Seton Montessori School, supporting teachers, families, and adult learners in our teacher education program, while fostering authentic relationships in alignment with our mission.

Qualifikationen

• Montessori Infant-Toddler certification from AMS/AMI MACTE accredited program, or willingness to complete
• Bachelor’s Degree in any subject
• Minimum of three years of Montessori school/group care experience
• Commitment to Montessori philosophy and inclusion
• Strong communication with parents and staff

Aufgaben

• Create a welcoming, inclusive culture
• Provide leadership to Infant & Toddler programs faculty and staff
• Ensure licensing and accreditation standards are met
• Coordinate substitutions, staff meetings, and school closings
• Support parent education and involvement
• Observe classrooms and help teachers improve
• Collaborate with administration to align policies
