Job summary

Montessori Unlimited in Irvine, CA is hiring an Infant/Toddler Lead Teacher to provide a nurturing, developmentally appropriate Montessori experience. You will follow licensing guidelines, implement our curriculum, observe and plan for children, and communicate with families in a warm, supportive environment.

The role requires 6 months leadership in a licensed early childhood classroom, 12 ECE units, and ability to meet state background and health requirements.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 6 months experience leading an early childhood classroom and creating educational lesson plans in a licensed center.
• Minimum of 12 ECE units.
• Ability to meet state requirements for background, immunization, CPR/First Aid, and mandated reporter training.

Responsibilities

• Caring for children by following licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Engage and observe children, assess progress, plan activities, and communicate with families.
• Implement the proprietary Montessori curriculum and create interactive learning experiences.
