Job summary

Learning Care Group in California is seeking an Infant/Toddler Lead Teacher to nurture young learners in a licensed center. You will follow licensing guidelines, implement our curriculum, and collaborate with families to support development.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience leading an early childhood classroom and creating educational lesson plans in a licensed center.
• Minimum of 12 Early Childhood Education units.
• Ability to meet state requirements for background, immunization, CPR/First Aid, and mandated reporter training requirements.
• Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage with children.

Responsibilities

• Care for infants/toddlers following licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Observe, assess, and plan for children; communicate with families.
• Implement the proprietary curriculum and create engaging learning experiences.
• Collaborate with team to support children’s development and well-being.
