Qualifications

• Must meet the approved lead teacher requirements by the governing state agency.
• Ability to manage a classroom with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Understanding of behavioral and developmental stages of children and licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Navigate day’s activities with infants, offering gentle guidance and support.
• Manage the Infant classroom ensuring compliance with regulations and policies.
• Provide a welcoming classroom environment for children, parents, and visitors.
• Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with Celebree’s curriculum.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and inviting space for curiosity and learning.
• Complete paperwork, electronic reports, supervision records, and attendance tracking.
