Job summary

The Children's Courtyard in California is hiring an Infant/Toddler Lead Teacher to provide nurturing care and education in our licensed center. You will follow licensing guidelines, develop observation-based plans, and communicate regularly with families to support child development.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 Early Childhood Education units.
• At least 6 months experience leading an early childhood classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for background checks, immunization, CPR/First Aid, and mandated reporter training.

Responsibilities

• Provide caring daily care following licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Observe, assess, and plan for children and communicate with families.
• Implement the proprietary curriculum and create interactive learning experiences.
