Learning Care Group is hiring an Infant/Toddler Lead Teacher in Concord, CA to care for young children in a licensed center and support early development through observation, planning, and family communication.

You’ll join a supportive team with a Monday–Friday schedule, access to benefits, tuition reimbursement, and a Master Teacher Program to grow your career. Compensation is $21.83–$22.68 per hour.

Qualifications

• Lead teacher experience in an early childhood classroom.
• Minimum of 12 ECE units.
• Meet state requirements for background, immunization, CPR/First Aid, and mandated reporter training.

Responsabilités

• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards for daily care.
• Observe, assess, and plan for children; communicate with families.
• Implement proprietary curriculum with engaging learning experiences.
• Support a safe, inclusive learning environment indoors or outdoors.
