Job description

Join Our Team as a Full-Time Infant Teacher! This position begins in JUNE.

Do you have a passion for teaching young children and creating a positive, nurturing learning environment? We’re looking for a dedicated Full-Time Infant Teacher to join our warm and supportive team. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in shaping the minds of toddlers, fostering their growth, and building meaningful connections with children and families.

What You’ll Do:
  1. Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities and curriculum for infants
  2. Assist the Infant/Toddler Supervisors as needed
  3. Work a rotating schedule including two early shifts (6:30 am - 2:30 pm), two late shifts (10 am - 6 pm), and one rotating shift per week
  4. Create a warm, welcoming, and safe environment supporting children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development
  5. Build positive, supportive relationships with children, parents, and fellow educators
What You’ll Need:
  • EEC certification in Infant/Toddler (required)
  • At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required)
  • Experience working with children in a childcare, daycare, or preschool setting
  • COVID-19 vaccination in accordance with health and safety protocols
  • Ability to work indoors and outdoors, lift at least 35 lbs, actively participate in physical activities, and maintain full supervision of children at all times
