Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold an Infant-Toddler CDA or equivalent; enrollment in CDA program acceptable.
• NJ/PA licensing standards knowledge required.
• Reliable daily transportation is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the assigned classroom; ensure Head Start standards.
• Provide lead teacher support in collaboration with EHS Teacher.
• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities for infants/toddlers.
• Submit weekly curriculum-based lesson plans to Site Director/Manager.
• Observe, assess, and document each child's growth and development.
• Maintain individual records and prepare monthly reports.
• Involve families; conduct home visits and parent/teacher conferences.
• Attend trainings; assist with on-site staff training and admin tasks.
