Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in early childhood education or child development required.
• Bachelors or AA with 60 credits, 15 in ECE, and Gateways Level 4 credential preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with staff to plan and implement activities for children and families.
• Lead classroom in the lead teacher’s absence.
• Support dual language learners through the Planned Language Approach (PLP).
• Ensure child supervision, safety, and appropriate classroom discipline.
• Maintain accurate enrollment, files, and documentation per licensing requirements.
