Ms Action For Progress, Inc. is hiring a Child Care Provider to supervise infants and toddlers, implement an approved early education curriculum, and coordinate learning centers in a compliant EHS setting.

You will monitor development, conduct assessments, maintain records, supervise volunteers, and communicate staffing needs to administrators while ensuring nutrition, safety, and inclusive practices.

Competenze

• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education with a minimum of six infant/toddler development courses.
• Two years of experience in a preschool classroom with ability to adapt curriculum for diverse needs.
• Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to liaise with parents and colleagues; proficient in basic computer tools.

Mansioni

• Supervise no more than four infants/toddlers at a time and oversee volunteers in the classroom.
• Inform Center Administrator of staffing needs and changes promptly.
• Deliver quality early childhood learning experiences following an approved curriculum across education and development areas.
• Organize learning centers and adjust infant environments as children grow.
• Screen and assess children within 45 days of enrollment and maintain accurate records.
