Qualifications

• Meets Oregon ELD requirements for an infant/toddler Teacher.
• CDA certificate or college certificate in early childhood development with focus on infants/toddlers.
• High school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist teaching staff to maintain a safe, healthy classroom.
• Supervise infants/toddlers in classrooms and playgrounds using positive guidance.
• Support daily routines: diapering, toileting, dressing, meals, transitions.
• Help implement activities like free play, story time, and learning centers.
• Maintain cleanliness of classrooms and supplies; assist with light cleaning.
• Provide respectful communication with children, families, and staff; assist with record keeping.
