Responsibilities include creating welcoming spaces, updating parent boards, and supervising children with positive guidance.

The role requires an AA in Early Childhood Education or equivalent, infant/toddler training, and MD Level 5 credential, with emphasis on safety and curriculum delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong communication with parents and staff to monitor child development.

Responsibilities

• Manage classroom ensuring compliance with MSDE-OCC regulations and internal policies.

• Maintain current classroom displays and informative Parent Board with updates.
• Plan and implement weekly themes and activities with smooth transitions.
• Supervise children during activities and use positive discipline techniques.
