Children's Land is hiring an Assistant Teacher to join a friendly, team-oriented early childhood program. You will help plan and implement engaging activities, support development assessments, and maintain a safe, nurturing classroom environment for infants through kindergartners.

Qu alifications include an associate's degree in early childhood education or related field, with two years' preschool experience ideal.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience assisting in preschool or similar setting.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, implementing, and evaluating educational activities.
• Support assessment of each child's development and tailor curriculum.
• Contribute to a warm and safe classroom atmosphere for learning.
• Maintain open communication with parents and guardians with progress updates.
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and training.
• Help manage classroom resources and ensure materials are available.
• Monitor children's safety and well-being at all times.
• Collaborate with staff to maintain a cohesive learning environment.
