Role: Assistant Infant Teacher

Children's Land is seeking a compassionate Infant Assistant Teacher to join our family and team-oriented organization. Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning, implementing, and evaluating educational activities that are thematic, engaging, and meet high-quality standards.
  • Support the assessment of each child's development, tailoring the curriculum to meet diverse needs.
  • Contribute to a warm and safe classroom atmosphere conducive to learning.
  • Maintain open and empathetic communication with parents and guardians, offering regular updates on their children's progress and daily activities.
  • Participate actively in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and training workshops.
  • Help manage classroom resources, ensuring all materials are readily available and well-maintained.
  • Consistently monitor children to ensure their safety and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members to maintain a cohesive and effective learning environment.
Qualifications
  • Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in assisting with teaching children in a preschool or similar setting.
  • CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
  • Familiarity with educational and safety regulations in childcare.
