Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent and some experience working with children.
• CDA credential required or willingness to complete within the first year of employment.
• Able to record and maintain data in various formats; CPR/First Aid within six months may be required.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operation of the Infant/Toddler classroom.
• Assist in implementing routines and developmentally appropriate activities.
• Follow instructional plans and supervision by the Program Manager.
• Contribute to a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment.
