Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Associates Degree preferred with Early Childhood Credit.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred with Early Childhood Credit.
• 2 years of supervisory experience working in a classroom setting.
• Must meet current Mosaic Early Learning Mandates.
• Maintains First Aid and CPR certifications.

Responsibilities

• Plan learning experiences, including field trips, that advance development in a safe, healthy learning environment.
• Provide leadership to staff and promote a sense of agency with co-workers.
• Complete documentation and reports and assure safety of state and federal compliance at all times.
• Complete 15 hours annually of professional development and attend required staff meetings.
